Shipping methods and costs
You are very welcome to choose to collect work from the studio. If you select this method, there is no shipping charge. All other shipping is handled through Parcelforce and is tracked. You can ship to any address you choose (it does not need to be the same as your billing address). Costs and timescales are broken down below. Please be aware that you will be liable for any duties and taxes that are specific to your country.

Returns and refunds
You are welcome to return prints up to 14 days from purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and we will return your payment. If you choose to return work, please be aware it must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. You will also be responsible for the freight costs and will need to ensure you include the original shipping documents.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us straight away. We will either arrange a refund, a replacement print or credit towards another purchase.
